Dear class, gather up while we teach a little something about different chicken parts.
The picture below depicts different chicken parts and gives a proper visual as to how they look. We hope that this answers all questions on chicken parts especially the disparity between CHICKEN THIGH and CHICKEN LAPS/LEGS.
Ham Is what we refer to as drumstick.
Leg quarter us what we refer to as Laps.
Breast fill is the same as breast fillet or simply fillet. .
