After the last dose depending on the disease you were treating follow the withdrawal periods on the drug ? package. Remember if the birds were on antibiotics the anti-microbial properties might interfere with the vaccine efficacy. Otherwise give as much time as possible for the birds to recover fully based on what you are observing. Never vaccinate sick birds
