How often should i change water, clean the house?

Drinkers should be cleaned daily. When you say cleaning the house you mean removing litter?. That would depend on how well you manage your litter by keeping it dry. Otherwise recommendations is when depleting the stock or depending on the availability of litter as frequently as management might allow. Bottom it should be economically done.
