Basically you will need land upon which to construct the poultry unit or space for that matter, start up capital, and basic management skills for your smooth operations. The rest you can learn here too through this linkhttps://mkulima.co/threads/register-today-creating-a-profitable-kienyeji-chicken-farm.3315/

Can you pls help and list down the estimated budget per item for a 50 birds poultry, land is exclusive because I have
Budget depends purely on your system of production and your financial capabilities either free range, semi-intensive or intensive. Otherwise quickly deep litter intensive system you will need 1 bell automatic driker for every 50 birds and 4 conical feed troughs for the equipment 1. 500litres water tank.

How much does it cost to construct semi intensive structure?can you refer to any constructor?
Material costs depends on your location and the person hired to do for you the work. Basically you need "nearby fundi", have you measurements done the he should be able to give you bill of quantity (BQ)

For layers, at week 4 you should be feeding 36grams of feed per bird/ day increasing steadily to 41at week 5. Gradually increase weekly by average 5grams maximum 7grams until such a time when they will be laying and consuming 120g each per day. For broilers at 4th week they should be consuming 0.9kg,5th week 1.1, 6th week 1.3 by 7th week you should be selling them.otherwise you will start incurring loses.kindly be guided by that otherwise visit resources section here for more information.
